SHIPPING

  • All orders will be shipped from Long Island, New York and will be delivered within approximately 1 week. Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

REFUNDS

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bettermenactivewear.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review your request and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  • Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.

  • We have a two-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any return requests.

SHIPPING PROVIDER

  • We are not responsible for shipping if there is an issue with the shipping carrier.

  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.

  • In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.

  • Please note that any refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee.
